Countdown begins for Dh250,000 Emarat draw

Excitement levels for this promotion have consistently been high with three separate campaigns running consecutively at all Emarat service stations and Emarat Supermarkets with a series of exciting weekly prizes.

Emarat strategy for this year had a marked difference from the past years' DSS promotions, wherein the company has offered a much bigger grand prize, resulting in a greater number of interested customers. A huge sum of Dh250,000 cash prize is up for grabs at the end of the summer surprises promotional campaign, making it a significant grand prize to be won by a single individual.

Store supervisers of Emarat have reported that customers are visiting Emarat supermarkets with a remarkable increase in the frequency with the expectation to win many prizes on Emarat summer surprises sales promotion. When a customer spends Dh20 at Emarat for a non-fuel purchase he gets a coupon which entitles him for the draw of the grand prize, Dh250,000 in cash on August 29. Additionally, he will also receive Dh20 off at Wild Wadi and a coupon for the weekly draw.

From August 8 until August 29, the weekly draw is for Gold Jewellery worth Dh30,000 and five preloaded Em-cash cards with Dh1000. All customers who have participated in any of the weekly campaigns will get a chance to participate in the Mega Raffle Draw.

Emarat Supermarkets offer a range of over 3,000 product lines from fresh food and packaged groceries to toys and audio-video tapes, in addition to retail extras such as dry cleaning, photo-processing, fax and photocopying facilities.
