Crème brûlée with orange twist

Ingredients
. 400 gm cream
. 40 gm sugar
. 1 vanilla stick
. 5 egg yolks
. 10 gm orange zest
Method
Boil the cream, sugar and vanilla stick together.
Place egg yolks in a separate bowl and pour the boiling cream on top; mix.
And pour the egg, cream mix back to the boiling cream on the heat and mix it for 1 minute.
Add the zest of orange to the mixture.
Pour the crème brûlée mixture into a ceramic container or bowl, place in a bain marie and bake till the crème brulee solidifies (about 20 minutes). Place in refrigerator to cool.
To serve, sprinkle with sugar, then blow torch it to caramalise and serve.
