Lt.-Gen. Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Police and General Security in Dubai, will give Dh10,000 to anyone who reports a member of the Muslim Brotherhood even without a criminal record, he said in a post on his official Twitter account.
In another tweet, Khalfan said that Brotherhood members are loyal only to the organisation, and betray their country. Khalfan is well known for his outspoken views on a number of topics.
In March, for example, Khalfan tweeted a warning that a "clash of civilisations" is possible if Republican candidate Donald Trump wins the US general election.
