DM launches training course for employees

Ibrahim Moosa, Head of Human Resources Development Section in the Personnel Department, said the courses come as part of municipality’s efforts to equip its staff with advanced skills in their respective areas of service.

Moosa said the course on technical report writing skills, to be attended by 20 employees from different sections of the municipality, would be held at the municipality’s Staff Club at Al Garhoud from 8am to 2pm from today until Tuesday.

He said the course is designed for engineers, urban planners, food analysts, chemists, health officers, food inspectors, lab technicians and those who, as part of their work, need to express themselves effectively in writing.
