Dravid, who is visiting the city in connection with the launch of Bangalore-based Skyline builder’s marketing and liaison office, said, “I used to come to Dubai quite a lot in the beginning of my career. This city always amazed me with its ambience and rapid growth. This time I am here with my wife and two- year- old kid. I am looking forward to explore the spectacles of Dubai as everything looks new to me.”

Explaining the need of developing a cricket culture in the region Dravid said, “Extensive training programmes should be introduced from school levels to shape up cricketers. The programmes should be an ongoing process.”

He said it was nice to have been associated with Skyline Construction and Housing. “I appreciate their quality and commitment towards customers,” he said.

Avinash Prabhu, Managing Director, Skyline, said, “There is a significant increase in the Non- Resident Indians in the Middle East looking for investment opportunities in India and also many want to return to India in the near future. They believe that real estate is amongst the best investment options available to them.”

“Our office in Dubai hopes to address some of their apprehensions and provide them with a one-stop solution to investing with Skyline,” the Indian super star added.
