Motorists are advised to avoid the road between Dubai Festival City and Springs Souk due to the second phase of Dubai Women's Cycle event which started on Monday, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said in a statement on Tuesday.
The traffic will be affected along the race track, between Dubai Festival City and Springs Souk from 9:30am until 12:30pm.
