Paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) until the child started to breathe again, and was then taken to the Saudi German Hospital in Al Barsha, the nearest hospital to the family's house.
The emergency unit at the hospital received the child with his parents and was given further treatment. The hospital also provided him with advanced aid and oxygen.
