The Dubai Duty Free Charity Drive resulted in donations to nine charities.
Commenting on the charity drive, Colm McLoughlin, Managing Director of Dubai Duty Free, said: "We are delighted to be able to celebrate Dubai Duty Free's anniversary success with a number of worthy causes. Our anniversary day on December 20 was a record sales day, and we know that the proceeds will help improve the lives of many, particularly children."
The selected charities for the Dubai Duty Free 20th Anniversary Charity Drive include the Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Rashid Paediatric Centre, Dubai Centre for Special Needs, Dubai Handicapped Club, Al Noor Centre, Dubai Autism Centre, the Dubai Duty Free Charity Foundation, the Emirates Diving Association, and the UK-based charity, Orbis.
