DUBAI — Dubai eGovernment has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification in recognition of its commitment to continuous quality improvement.
The globally recognised certification was awarded following independent testing and assessment of Dubai eGovernment’s quality management systems and processes, by IMS Certification, an independent international certification body.
Salem Al Shair, eServices Director, Dubai eGovernment, said: “This recognition communicates to the citizens and residents of Dubai and our customers that Dubai eGovernment prides itself in incorporating the very best practices and processes that consistently meet or exceed their needs. Over the years, we have undertaken several quality initiatives such as streamlining internal processes and implementing various managerial measurement systems to improve eServices and to provide an enhanced user experience.”
