Dubai eGovernment gets ISO certificate

The globally recognised certification was awarded following independent testing and assessment of Dubai eGovernment’s quality management systems and processes, by IMS Certification, an independent international certification body.

Over the years, we have undertaken several quality initiatives such as streamlining internal processes and implementing various managerial measurement systems to improve eServices and to provide an enhanced user experience.”
