The globally recognised certification was awarded following independent testing and assessment of Dubai eGovernment’s quality management systems and processes, by IMS Certification, an independent international certification body.

Salem Al Shair, eServices Director, Dubai eGovernment, said: “This recognition communicates to the citizens and residents of Dubai and our customers that Dubai eGovernment prides itself in incorporating the very best practices and processes that consistently meet or exceed their needs. Over the years, we have undertaken several quality initiatives such as streamlining internal processes and implementing various managerial measurement systems to improve eServices and to provide an enhanced user experience.”

Alex Simon Mendis, General Manager, IMS Certification, said: “We were totally satisfied with the quality systems and processes at Dubai eGovernment. As a government entity, they have led by example and have constantly demonstrated their commitment to incorporate the latest quality initiatives that have enhanced the standard of its eServices and maximised reliability and performance of key processes.”
