Dubai panel briefed on Abu Dhabi city beautification plan

“The purpose of meeting was to have an idea about the matter of public convenience and discuss the concept and strategies with which the Abu Dhabi Municipality is coming up for beautification of the city. “We always welcome their visit and views,” Al Hashmi told Khaleej Times.

Al Hashimi said beautification and cleanliness of the city were a collective responsibility of individuals, corporate bodies and society, in general.

He briefed his guests about the process, including the principles and the practical steps of the project.

Al Hashmi added, “His section was one of the new sections set up at the municipality and that the work of the section was based primarily on mobilising the general public to achieve the targeted objectives.”
