Ferrari Owners Praise Circuit

ABU DHABI — More than 70 Ferraris driven by members of the Ferrari Owners Club UAE pulled up to 
the newly opened Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi Yas Island during the inaugural Formula One race on Sunday 
to observe the Yas Marina Circuit and root for the flaming red
 team.

“We are delighted to gather in Abu Dhabi for this momentous occasion. All of our members are amazed 
at this fantastic track and its facilities. We will definitely be using the
 track in the future for our regular track events,” said Fred Kamperman, president of the club.

The Ferrari Owners Club UAE was founded in 2008 by over 40 car owners passionate about Ferrari.

The club currently has more than 80 members from more than 20 different nationalities.

The meeting was aimed at discussing the track events the Club plans on holding at the Yas Marina Circuit.
