Filipina strikes it rich

DUBAI — A 43-year-old Filipina, who has lived in the UAE for 19 years, is now the proud owner of a luxury freehold apartment in GoldCrest, part of the Jumeirah Lake Towers development, plus a raft of millionaire lifestyle prizes.
