The logo consists of stars, sun, the UAE flag and the falcon. While the stars symbolise the seven emirates, the sun, emblazoned by the country’s flag, represents the welfare that shines on the UAE. The falcon stands for national identity, value and traditions. The red colour reflects love, fraternity and strong bonds among the people in the UAE and FNC’s role and vision of providing a better tomorrow for the citizens.

“The new logo was launched to emphasise FNC’s vital role in serving citizens, supporting their interests and in accelerating UAE’s development, in tandem with the progress and prosperity witnessed in the UAE,” FNC Speaker Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Ghurair said.

Al Ghurair went on to say that the FNC attached great importance to adopting a logo that reflects its identity and message of letting others know about the greatness of the UAE federation since the first time the country’s flag was hoisted.

“The flag embodies a success story and a celebration of the thought and vision of the late Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who proclaimed the birth of the UAE as an independent and sovereign state on December 2, 1971.”
