The celebrations of 70th Independence Day is looking more colourful, full of flavours and tempting. To make your dining experience pretty exciting this weekend Hawkers, a newly opened restaurant located in JLT Dubai has something great to offer for all the patriotic Indians.
They have designed tri-colour menu especially to keep the taste of India alive here. From Kiwi, Papaya, Vanilla smoothies to Saffron and Spinach Biryani, quesadillas with guacamole, sour cream and tomato salsa dip, wraps and rolls, pastas and Chicken terrine.
 Saniya who came with her friend Satyen Babla for the time here said, "it's a good way to connect with our country and no dish can look more colourful than the ones offered here. So, I am celebrating the Independence day in the yummiest way".
Manish Sehgal, one of the owners of the restaurant told customer "being an Indian we wanted to do something unique on this special day for all Indians and people of different nationalities are also liking this concept food with live cooking and I am planning to keep it going for 3-4 more days".
Annalyn Tagarino, a marketing professional based in Dubai. She is from Philippine and a regular customer at Hawkers and enjoys street food of India said "I am going to try kiwi smoothie and this looks really nice and thanks to them I am seeing India's flag in the most appetizing form".
This not all, Atul Kocchar, signature chef at Rang Mahal has introduced innovative Indian dishes, a four course menu for Indian food lovers in the town. Bombay Brasserie in the Taj Dubai is also serving classic Indian food including street and mains. Apart, from this few local Indian confectionaries and bakeries in Bur Dubai are offering customised flag cakes, pastries and Ladoos (Indian sweets).
