Fresh garden salad with vinaigrette avocado honey sauce

Serves: 1
Ingredients
Rocca leaves 100 gm
Carrot, shredded 100 gm
Lollo Rosso lettuce 75 gm
Lollo Bionda lettuce 10 gm
Lettuce, red 10 gm
For the vinaigrette avocado honey sauce:
Avocado, ripe, mashed 15 gm
Balsamic vinegar 5 ml
Honey 10 ml
Lemon juice 5 ml
Olive oil 3 ml
Salt 2 gm
White pepper 2 gm
Sesame seed, white, toasted 2 gm
Method
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce - mashed avocado, balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and white pepper - and season with toasted sesame seed.
Toss all the fresh leaves and carrots.
Add zest to the salad with the flavour of the vinaigrette avocado honey sauce.
