Fujairah gynaecology hospital to start soon

FUJAIRAH — The Assistant Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Public Works, Dr Abdullah Belheif, has praised the efforts to set up the Fujairah Gynaecology and Maternity Hospital.

Dr Belheif visited the hospital’s wards, operation theatre, sterilisation room, intensive care unit, main entrance, emergency, patients’ rooms, and the VIP wards.

The Dh56 million project is in its final phase now. “The hospital is likely to be handed over to the management by next month,” said Eng. Nadia Mussalam, director of the project.

Mussalam said the hospital consists of two stories. The ground floor includes an emergency and delivery ward. The first floor includes a VIPs ward.
