Billy Joel once crooned about honesty being 'such a lonely word' - even going as far as saying that 'everyone is so untrue'. Despite his great voice and insightful message - it's not true as not everyone is untrue - and these anecdotes about encounters with honourable Dubai workers are proof of that.
They went out of their way to help some Dubai residents in need.
In a thread on Reddit, reddit user dromancer asked the Dubai community to share their anecdotes of encountering honest workers in Dubai.

It's also worth noting that UAE has always promoted tolerance and good conduct among its residents. These experiences are solid examples of that and they make the world a better place to be in.
