How It's Made: From bean to bar chocolates in Dubai

HEAT THEM UP.... The segregated cocoa beans are roasted at a low flame, much lower than roasting coffee beans.
THE SMELL CHECK... The head chocolate maker checking the aroma of the roasted cocoa beans to ensure quality.
READY TO SET... After grinding and refining the roasted cocoa, the chocolate is poured into moulds for desired shape.
IT’S FREEZING TIME... A worker keeps the moulded chocolate into the refrigerator to turn it into solid bars for further processing.

WRAP WITH LOVE... The chocolate bars are hand-wrapped by the factory workers and moved to be kept on display for sale.
