Who says dining out needs to end up with packing on the pounds? Paul Bakery & Restaurant is packing in the nutrition instead, with a new mini menu of healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes that are high on flavour and low on fat.
The new ‘Nutrition menu’ options focus on lean, high-protein ingredients prepared using healthier techniques like grilling and poaching to help you have a balanced light meal.
Make a healthy start to your day with the oeufs pochés aux asperges, poached organic eggs with grilled fresh asparagus served on rye bread, or a parfait aux myrtilles et framboises, a blueberry parfait bursting with fresh fruit and a nutritious sprinkling of linseed, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and flaked almonds for breakfast.
Feel like having a light lunch? Try out the salade Niçoise au thon frais, a fresh tuna Niçoise salad, and the salade halloumi grille, both served with nutritious toppings and light lemon dressings that shave off the calories while retaining great flavour.
