Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), one of the leading banks in the UAE, announced the launch of its new CBD Visa Super Saver Cashback Credit Card at a ceremony held recently at CBD's Head Office. Launched on the Visa Signature platform, CBD Super Saver is positioned as the B.E.S.T. cashback card in the UAE as it rewards customers with an amazing 10 per cent cashback across all Bills, Education, Supermarket and Transport related spends.
The event was attended by Dr. Bernd van Linder, Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank of Dubai, Amit Malhotra, General Manager - Personal Banking Group of CBD, Shahebaz Khan, GCM UAE of Visa, and senior officials from both organisations.
Offered on a first-year free basis to new customers, the Super Saver Credit Card is packed with value-added benefits and offers customers significant savings on major spends like school fees, and everyday spends such as utility and telecom bills, government payments including visa renewal, Ejari, court fees and fines, as well as grocery and fuel spends. Cardholders will get 10 per cent cashback in these four categories, a maximum of up to Dh200 per category per month. For other spend categories, customers will earn 1 per cent cashback on every Dh2 spend.
Moreover, Super Saver cardholders will enjoy a range of lifestyle benefits including complimentary lounge access at over 900 airports globally, free valet parking, discounts of up to 50 per cent on cinema tickets and dining offers across 500-plus outlets in the UAE.
