Minister of Education and Chairman of the Federal Governmental Human Resources Authority HE Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami issued a circular today to this effect.

On this glorious occasion, the minister extended profound greetings to President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Their Highnesses the UAE Supreme Council members and rulers of emirates, and prayed to Allah Almighty to shower His blessings on them and all the people of the country.
