ABU DHABI — Speakers at a seminar organised by members of the Pakistani and Kashmiri communities in Abu Dhabi have expressed the hope that the long-standing issue would be resolved through substantive and sustained talks between the parties concerned.
The seminar was held at the Pakistan Embasy on Saturday to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
A number of speakers at the seminar expressed optimism that the ongoing composite dialogue between India and Pakistan would lead to a just settlement of the core dispute between the two countries.
Among those who spoke on the occasion were Deputy Head of Mission Riaz Bokhari, Izhar Haider, Shafiq Saleemi and Zahoor Ul Islam Javed.
