Mohammed Hajji Al Khouri, Director General of the Khalifa Foundation said The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Vocational Training Centre in Senegal will be one of the most important development projects there.
He added in a statement after meeting with Senegalese Ambassador to UAE Babakr Bah, that the centre aims to provide vocational training for primary and secondary schools’ students to help them acquire professions in labour market, and contribute to resolving the unemployment problem.
Al Khouri underscored that the Foundation would not spare any effort to alleviate poverty, and would work to support underdeveloped countries in the areas of health and education, citing the successes of The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Vocational Training Centres in Lebanon and Kenya.
