The course was organised by the Secretariat-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council in conjunction with the George Washington University.

Around 100 employees of 11 government departments and organisations in Abu Dhabi and seven staff members of the Western Region Municipality attended the course, which was held from September 2 to September 11.
