Learn how to make sushi at Koi

Japanese eatery Koi Restaurant & Lounge has introduced Sushi Master Classes with expert Chef Daisuke Yoshizak, taking place every Saturday from 12pm - 3pm for Dhs225.

Located in The Collection, within The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, sushi lovers will be in their element as the chef takes them on a fascinating journey through the history and creation of sushi, while enjoying a selection of canapés and a glass of bubbly before taking a tour of Koi’s kitchen.

Guests will learn the intricate details of the craft, from the specific tools used, preparation methods and reasoning behind it. After an afternoon of learning the art of making sushi and preparing a delicious selection, you’ll be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the efforts of your own master creations.
