The Global Dialogue for Happiness, a curtain raiser to the World Government Summit, has kicked off today at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
The first international event of its kind hosts happiness experts, government officials and representatives of international organisations to discuss ways to help governments ensure the happiness of their people.
The event will feature workshops and sessions on various topics such as stimulating the policies of happiness, ways to measure happiness, science of happiness and how to achieve happiness in cities. The outcome of these workshops and sessions will be compiled in a manual that will help governments raise the level of happiness across nations.
