Machboos rice with shrimps

Serves: 4
Ingredients
Shrimps 6-8 pc each
Basmati rice, cooked 500 gm
Ghee 1 tbsp
Capsicum and onion, cubed 100 gm
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
Ginger, chopped 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander, chopped 1 tbsp
Method
Wash the rice and soak for half an hour.
Sauté all the vegetables in ghee.
Add the prawns, spices and half the chopped coriander to a pot and cook.
Serve the rice with the shrimps and the rest of the chopped coriander as garnish on top.
