Malayalam actress falls unconscious after deadly car accident

Malayalam actress Megha Mathew, who will next be seen with Mohanlal in Neerali evaded tragedy as her car met with an accident. 
According to a report in The Times of India, the accident took place near Mullanthuruthi, Ernakulam on Sunday morning when her car was hit by another car from the opposite direction. The speeding car flipped after the collision. 
The actress escaped with minor injuries. Reports suggest Megha was fortunate as the accident could have turned fatal.
She lay unconscious in her car for about 15 minutes and no on-lookers came to her rescue. It was only after a photographer reached the spot that she was transferred to a nearby hospital. 
The incident occurred when Megha was on her way to attend her brother's engagement function from Kochi. 
She posted a message about her well being on Instagram.

Neerali will release on June 14 in the UAE.
