A Ramadan bazaar has been set up around the mall, with beautifully decorated tents offering a selection of traditional food, handicraft and artwork.
A henna painting tent has been erected on the first level of the mall for ladies who are interested in the traditional Arabian beauty secrets.
Another interesting activity, the "Fawazeer Ramadan" or Ramadan Quizzes, for people of all ages who love competition and quiz, will see the mall joining hands with Al Rabia FM Radio Channel, which has an office on the level three of the mall, preparing a daily competition for visitors.
Every day a new personality will be put on the pedestal and visitors will have the chance to guess his or her occupation with a chance to win prizes. The competition will be aired live every day on Al Rabia FM Channel.
A ceramic colouring workshop is also being held on the third level operated and run by Dune Town, the new edutainment centre that it is due to open at the mall by the end of Ramadan.
A giant chess game, which has also been installed on the level three will continue to offer chess addicts endless hours of competition, while the growing demand has also motivated the mall authorities to install an additional chess and drafts set shortly.
For visitors to the mall during Ramadan, the opening hours have been amended, with shops to remain open from 10am to 1pm and from 6pm until 12 midnight. The outlets at the food court will open from Iftar until 2am.
In addition to all the activities, the mall sources said the special festive ambience has been enhanced with the stunning decorations of glittering crescents and twinkling lights all around the mall.
