Social media is abuzz with the news of an Emirati man who saved an Asian traveller from dying of a heart attack after stepping in and providing assistance at the right time.
A man, who had a heart attack after arriving at Dubai airport, was saved after the Emirati, who works at the airport, spotted that he was ill and rushed to help him.
The Emirati administered CPR and used a defibrillator to help stabilise the man's heartbeat until paramedics arrived. The defibrillator machine is available throughout the airport.
He also contacted the ambulance services and the patient was transferred to the hospital to receive the appropriate medical care.
