The doctors and nurses were shocked when they opened the coffin bag and found the man still alive, but breathing with difficulty. He is now in hospital getting treatment for he was hurt on his back. We avail this opportunity once again to write about the ambulance in some emirates and other areas in the country.

Such vans should live up to the duty they render. They should be well-equipped, in excellent running condition, with excellent communication devices and well-trained and competent servicemen, as road accidents are sometimes very complex where those hurt suffer from brain haemorrhage, bleed profusely, and suffer fractures in backbones.

The need is imperative to upgrade the standard of this sector. The servicemen of the ambulance were inexperienced, that is why they had put the man inside the coffin bag in the belief that he was dead, but he was only unconscious as the Arabic daily Al Ittehad reported.
