Mastermind of 2010 attack on Pakistan NGO arrested

Jhelum: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel arrested a key terrorist Qari Rasheed in a raid in Jhelum on Tuesday.
According to a senior CTD official, Tanveer Khan, the personnel raided a house in Jhelum on a tip-off and arrested the alleged terrorist.
Qari Rasheed was mastermind of an attack on international non-governmental organisation (NGO) World Vision in 2010 in Oghi, Mansehra.
Six persons including two women were killed in the attack. The Oghi police had registered a case against Qari Rasheed under various sections.
The government had announced Rs1 million bounty on his head.
The official said the alleged terrorist will be produced in the Anti-Terrorism Court to obtain his physical remand on Wednesday.
