Held under the theme ‘Forever in Our Hearts Oh Zayed!’ is being held as a memorial for the great UAE leader.

Organised by UAE Red Crescent Society (RCS), the exhibition showcases some of the brilliant moments from the eventful life of Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, spanning his early ages to the final hours when he was laid to rest at the grand mosque on November 2 this year.

The telling photos bring to life once again the multi-faceted personality of Shaikh Zayed in varied moods and backdrops. It will take the spectator on a quick journey through his life with images from his world tours and photographed with contemporary leaders, receiving covetous honours, in parley with his fellow tribesmen, sharing light moments with children etc.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Shaikh Zayed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

In a statement on the occasion, Shaikh Zayed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan said that the best way to show appreciation for the late founder, father and Great Leader of the UAE is to continue with his good works, which are visible to all and can be felt by UAE nationals and expatriates alike.

He said Shaikh Zayed’s good works and gestures were not limited within the boundaries of the UAE alone but went beyond to reach various parts of the world, including fraternal and friendly countries, where he reached out to people in distress, including the poor, the weak and the vulnerable.
