DUBAI — His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will inaugurate the first Knowledge Conference at Mina Al Salam today. The convention, organised by Mohammad bin Rashid Foundation, will be attended by delegates from the Arab world.
