Ingredients
. 1 kg mutton
. 80 gm yoghurt
. 80 gm kachri powder (meat tenderiser)
. Salt to taste
. 100 gm red chilli powder
. 80 gm masala
. 50 ml oil
Method
Marinate the meat in all the spices and yoghurt, and keep it covered for about 30 minutes. Make patties and wrap them around skewers and barbecue for 10 minutes each.
Serve hot, with or without rotis.
