Orfalli kabab

Ingredients
. 1 kg minced meat
. 10 gm onion, chopped
. 10 gm tomato, chopped
. 10 gm parsley, chopped
. 10 gm mint leaves, chopped
. 100 ml vegetable oil
. 100 gm green capsicum, grilled
. 200 gm tomato, grilled
. 50 gm biwaz bread
. 200 gm French fries
Method
In a bowl, combine minced meat with chopped onion, tomato and parsley and mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
From the mixture, prepare meat balls. Place each ball around the tip of a skewer, flattening into a 5cm oval shape and repeat with the remaining skewers.
Make sure the meat is spread to an even thickness.
Place the kebabs onto a baking tray, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
Grill over charcoal or in a pre-heated oven at 200°C and cook for 10 minutes or until well done, turning as needed to brown evenly.
While grilling, brush all the skewers with oil once or twice.
Grill green capsicum, tomato and biwaz bread
Serve with French fries.
