With the launch of PakArab.com, Pakistani expatriates in UAE can now stay informed of the latest events before they happen and can register their attendance with much ease.

The aim of the portal is to effectively communicate with the Pakistani expatriate community in the Gulf, Africa and Asia by providing up-to-date information, infotainment and edutainment content.

“We also aim to publish content which is accurate and relevant to the needs of the Pakistani community. We believe in the highest standards of journalism and the strength of our cultural values that respect all cultures,” said the professionals.

PakArab.com is a 24-hour, seven day a week portal that has a devoted team always eager to receive feedback, they said.

The web site offers a range of ideas and topics for people from all walks of life and ages. The portal also provides a link to the Pakistan Embassy, Pakistan IT Group, Pakistan Professional Group, Pakistan Association Dubai as well as the Ladies’ Wing of the Pakistan Association. The web site also offers links to Women’s Web, a web site for women and Google.com.

This web site is a tribute to the Pakistani IT Professionals in the UAE, who are always available to devote their time and energies in community welfare activities. For the entire family, the ezine includes sections on family health, personal finance, career guide, cooking and fashion tips.

One of the key areas of the web site is Campus Buzz where assistance is available to those seeking guidance in their studies and in selection of career paths for their future. Thanks to the contributions from experienced and outstanding professionals like Anees Hussain valuable guidance is available to the viewer-ship.

For those Pakistanis who are new in UAE, the ezine is compiling a directory of all the shops, restaurants, schools and centres that serve Pakistanis with a focus. For those looking to settle in Dubai, the ezine has a special section that deals with buying freehold property, furnishing your house and even how to apply for home loans.
