Lady Luck shone on Dubai-based Pakistani expat, Muhammad Safdar, who won the latest model of a BMW S 1000 R in Series 363 with ticket no. 0941.
Dubai Duty Free confirmed that Safdar was unreachable at the time of filing of this report.
