Private Sewage Plant for Ras Al Khaimah

This membrane sewage treatment plant, which is the first of its kind in the area, is a joint initiative of Al Ghurair Group and Hitachi Plant Technologies.

The installation of the plant will be completed in four months time.

Abdullah Al Ghurair, chairman of Al Ghurair Group with Hitachi president Dr Sumikawa inaugurated the groundbreaking ceremony of the plant on Thursday in the presence of Mubarak Ali Al Shamsi, chairman of RAK Municipality, other government dignitaries from both Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, and local residents who warmly welcomed the project.
