What is the injunction of Shari'ah for someone who broke his fast wrongly, depending on the adhan he follows. The adhan is announced before the Maghrib, by 15 minutes. Some people break their fast depending on the adhan, and what if they discover that they broke their fast before Maghrib?

Whoever breaks his fast believing that it is already Maghrib time, depending on an interpretation or a trusted news, and then discovers that he was wrong, has to make up for that day, because he broke the fast on a Ramadan day. He must not break his fast unless he knows surely that it's Maghrib time. However, it is not a sin, because he did not break his fast intentionally.
