Rulers receive well-wishers

Besides him were Shaikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, who also accepted greetings from the visitors. The well-wishers prayed for the continued health and well-being of Shaikh Khalifa and wished him God’s blessings to lead the country to glory and prosperity.

Earlier, Shaikh Khalifa offered Eid Al Fitr prayers yesterday at the Shaikh Sultan bin Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi.

General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister offered the Eid prayers besides Shaikh Khalifa.

Joining Shaikh Khalifa in the prayers also were Shaikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan,National Security Advisor, Lt.General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior, Shaikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Emiri Aviation Authority in Abu Dhabi, Shaikh Ahmed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Foundation for Charity and Humanitarian Works, Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, Shaikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court and Chairman of ZonCorp, Shaikh Omar bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President’s Aide De Camp, Shaikh Dr. Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Finance Department, Brigadier Dr Shaikh Saeed bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Deputy Inspector General at the Interior Ministry, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamid , Special Advisor to President and Shaikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works.

A number of Shaikhs, Ministers, senior officials, Ambassadors of Arab and Islamic countries, citizens and residents also offered their prayers along with Shaikh Khalifa.

Shaikh Ali Al Hashemi, Religious Advisor at the Presidential Affairs Ministry led the prayers after which he delivered a sermon reminding Muslims the importance of exchanging visits between them.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received the visitors at Zaabil Palace in Dubai yesterday. The visitors included Shaikhs, ministers, senior police and military officers and dignitaries.

Earlier yesterday, Shaikh Mohammed offered Eid prayer at the Eid Musalla in Bur Dubai. Joining him in the prayers were Shaikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance and Industry and Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Land Department.

Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Executive Council and a number of other Shaikhs , officials and citizens and residents also offered their Eid prayers along with Shaikh Mohammed.

Meanwhile, His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah offered Eid Al Fitr prayers this morning at the Al Badie Eid Musalla in Sharjah. The prayers were led by Imam Shaikh Mohammed Mohammed.

Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, also offered prayers along with a number of Shaikhs, officials, civil servants citizens and residents.

Later, at the Al Badie Palace, the Sharjah Ruler and the Deputy Ruler received well-wishers who greeted them on the occasion of Eid.

In Fujairah, His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah offered Eid Al Fitr prayers along with a large congregation of Muslims at the grand Eid Musalla in Fujairah city.

Shaikh Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Deputy Ruler of Fujairah and a number of Shaikhs, ministers, officials and national and resident Muslims also prayed along with the Ruler.

After the prayers, the Ruler received at his Al Madabb Palace well-wishers who came to greet him.

In Ras Al Khaimah, Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah offered Eid Al Fitr prayers at the grand Eid Musalla.

The Chairman of the Ruler’s Private Department, Shaikh Omar bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Shaikhs, officials, civil servants, citizens and residents also offered prayers.

Later at the Ruler’s Palace in Khazam, Shaikh Saud received well-wishers who came to greet him on the occasion of Eid.

In Umm Al Quwain, Shaikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, offered Eid Al Fitr prayers at the Eid Musalla. Praying along with Shaikh Saud was Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Mualla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, a number of Shaikhs, officials and a large gathering of citizens and residents.

Later, Shaikh Saud received at his palace well-wishers who included Shaikhs, ministers, senior officials, civil servants and dignitaries.

In Al Ain, Shaikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region offered Eid Al Fitr prayers at the Eid Musalla in Zakher region. A number of Shaikhs, officials and citizens and residents also offered prayers with him.

In Madinat Zayed, Dr Taher Musabbah Al Kindi, Chairman of the Municipal Council of the Western Region offered Eid Al Fitr prayers at the Eid Musalla. A number of senior officials and a large number of national and resident Muslims also offered prayers with him.
