1. Do not keep miscellaneous stuff on the balcony as children may climb them or fires break out, let alone distorting the overall appearance.
2. Do not place chairs or pieces of furniture on the balcony as children may climb up to the balcony wall level or higher. 
3. Only leave the balcony door open when needed to avoid children going to the balcony without supervision. 
4. Make sure you have a safety lock on your balcony door.
5. Think of installing an acrylic barrier on the balcony wall after obtaining the municipality’s permit.
6. Do not keep laundry on the balcony to avoid distorting the overall appearance. 
7. Do not throw cigarettes butts, charcoal or any other waste from the balcony to avoid causing fires or distorting the overall appearance.
