Ingredients
Beef tenderloin 200 gm
Spring onion 50 gm
Capsicum, yellow 100 gm
Onion, red 100 gm
Garlic, sliced 30 gm
Potato flour 20 gm
Maggi seasoning 20 ml
Cooking oil 15 ml
For the sauce:
Garlic, minced 20 gm
Sugar, brown 100 gm
Worcestershire sauce 50 ml
Black pepper 10 gm
Butter 100 gm
Maggi seasoning 20 ml
Tomato ketchup 20 gm
Wheat flour 50 gm
Chicken powder 10 gm
Oyster sauce 20 gm
Method
Cut the beef tenderloin into 2cm cubes and marinate with seasoning, potato flour and a little cooking oil.
For the sauce: heat up the wok; cook the butter and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add all seasonings and fry for 2 minutes. Set aside.
Heat up the wok, pour just a little oil then fry the beef cubes until cooked (approx. 4-5 mins, as desired).
Add the remaining ingredients and sauce together in a pan and toss together. When combined, stack the cubes on a plate and pour the sauce and vegetables on top. Serve hot.
