Select post offices to stay open during Eid holidays

DUBAI — Emirates Post has announced that postal services will be available only at selected post offices during the Arafat Day/Eid Al Adha holidays.

All post-offices will remain closed on Thursday, January 20, the first day of Eid Al Adha. During the rest of the holidays, the following post offices will be open from 9am to 1pm:

In Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Central Post Office, Hamdan, Al Butain, Musafah, Bani Yas, Nadi Al Seyahi and Al Ain Main Post Office.

In Dubai, the Dubai Central Post Office, Satwa, Al Khor, Jumeirah, Rashidiyah, Hor Al Anz and Jebel Ali.

In Sharjah, the Sharjah Central Post Office, Al Corniche, Al Ghuwair, Kalba and Khorfakkan.

In Ajman, the Ajman Central Post Office.

In Umm Al Quwain, the Umm Al Quwain Centre Post Office and Al Souq.

In Ras Al Khaimah, the Ras Al Khaimah Central Post Office, Al Nakheel and Al Uraibi,

In Fujairah, the Fujairah Central Post Office and Dibba Al Fujairah.

On Friday, January 21, the above post offices will be open only from 5pm to 9pm. The counters of all other branches of Emirates Post will be closed during the holidays. However, collection of mail from street boxes will be as usual. Collection and delivery of mail will also continue at all the post offices listed above.
