Sesame-coated raw banana kebabs with mint sauce

Ingredients
. 8 small raw bananas, boiled with skin on
. 4 tbsp sesame seeds
. 4 tbsp oil
. Salt to taste
For the filling:
. 2 tbsp pineapple, finely chopped
. 2 tbsp raisins
. 2 tbsp cranberries
. 1 tsp freshly grounded black pepper
. 1 tbsp ginger, julienned
Method
Peel the skin of the bananas and mash finely with the help of a pestle. Add salt and mix well.
Set aside in a fridge to rest for 20 minutes.
Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
Grease both the palms with oil; take 2 tbsp of the banana mixture and flatten it gently with your fingers into the shape of a kebab. Repeat for all.
Put the sesame seeds in a plate and roll the kebabs in them.
Arrange the kebabs in an air fryer and coat with the oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes and serve hot with chutney.
