DUBAI - Under the patronage of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Arab Publisher House has announced the launch of the premiere edition of the Forbes Middle East English magazine, featuring the Forbes Middle East ranking of the ‘Top 50 Companies in the UAE 2011.’
To celebrate this launch and the achievements of the UAE’s leading companies, an exclusive event will be held in Dubai on 28 February. The event will be attended by elite CEOs and key influential figures from the UAE’s public and private sectors who will honor those outstanding companies occupying the top spots on this coveted Forbes list.
According to Ahmad Abdulla Al Shaikh, Managing Director of Dubai Media Inc., ‘It is Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision to support the media community and to value the constructive role that it plays in strengthening channels of communication on a number of levels. The Government of Dubai intends to support all initiatives which will help raise the social, cultural and economic standards of Arab communities. In this regard, Dubai is a significant media and intellectual centre.’
