“The available space will be in excess of 6,000 square metres, a 30 per cent increase compared to last year,” said Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazroui, head of the organising committee and member of the board of directors of the Emirates Falconers’ Club.

The exhibition from September 12 to 16, the largest of its kind in the Gulf and the Middle East, will be held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

“Last year’s event was a resounding success. This year’s event will be larger in terms of participation and response,” said Al Mazroui.

Eight countries will be taking part for the first time — Turkey, Finland, Hungary, Morocco, Romania, Pretoria, Austria, Namibia, besides Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Tanzania, South Africa, Japan, US, Germany, Russia, France, Italy, Spain, UK and the UAE.
