SHARJAH - Around 30 government officials from various local departments in Sharjah on Thursday received certificates on the successful completion of a five-day training course on 'Customer Service and Communication Skills' organised by Skyline College.
Abdul Rahman M. Al Shamsi, Director General, Government of Sharjah Financial Control Department, awarded the certificates and requested each participant to translate their learning into action as they do their daily work and meet people in general.
