The much-awaited event will run from 11pm and is seen to be the best night Dubai has seen to date as it will be featuring resident Space Ibiza DJ Steff Navarro and Joyce Mercedes. Space dancers, fire eaters and fire jugglers will likewise bring the best of the Ibiza flavour to Dubai.

Space Ibiza is the second leg of the Ibiza Super Club tour which commenced with Privilege Ibiza on September 4. The third and fourth leg of the tour will comprise of Pacha Ibiza on December 4, and Amnesia Ibiza on February 5 next year.

Christopher Joubanian, managing director of Oxygen Productions, said that the Ibiza event is a unique concept as the entire club is going to Dubai. "We look forward to taking you to a different dimension of clubbing. The venue will be redecorated to resemble an Ibiza Club, with the vibe of the Ibiza Club to be reproduced in Dubai as well," he said.

The dance night will be in memory of Zaahid Solomon, marketing director of Oxygen Productions, who recently passed away in Dubai.

Space Ibiza had been awarded the world's best club by Dance Star Award 2001 and Face Magazine (UK). DJ Steff said that he and DJ Joyce were impressed with the crowd when they last performed in Dubai on January 10.

Space offered him residency at Space World where he had gigs in Kuala Lumpur, Liquid Room in Singapore and the legendary Beach party on Sentosa Island in Asia.

DJ Joyce Mercedes, who had performed at a British concert in Dubai in 1998, has danced in the biggest clubs in Europe and the US and has also appeared in many dance fashion shows and video clubs for Top Ten artists.
